📄️ Introduction
Assets are objects, such as Integration, Flow, AI Agents, and Custom Assets, that can be added to a bundle.
📄️ Adding an Integration asset
Integrations are assets you can add to a Bundle. Adding Integrations to Bundles is the means to share Packaged Components with the user of the Bundle. Packaged Components are deployable “snapshots” of the Integrations you have built. See Packaged Components for more information.
📄️ Adding a Flow asset
Flows are assets you can add to Bundles and share with others to automate simple and sophisticated workflows.
📄️ Adding an AI Agent asset
Boomi Agentstudio is a complete agent lifecycle management solution. It offers a no-code/low-code user-friendly interface called Agent Designer for developing goal-driven generative AI agents. You can export these AI Agents, add them as assets to Bundles, and share with others to automate tasks.
📄️ Adding a Custom asset
Add Custom Assets to Bundles to share ancillary data such as documentation, README files, sample data, and so on to help you get started with the Bundle. All Custom Assets are scanned for viruses before being added to Bundles.
📄️ Deleting an asset
You can delete assets from a Bundle if you no longer want to share them in the Bundle. You can only delete assets from a Bundle if you own the Bundle.
📄️ Editing an asset
You can edit asset details if you want to modify the asset details. You can only edit the details of assets for Bundles that you have created.
📄️ Viewing an asset
The view option lets you view the details of assets added to a Bundle. You can view details of assets that you have added and even those added by others. You can view details of an Integration asset and a Flow asset, whereas this option is unavailable for a Custom asset.
📄️ Downloading a Custom asset
It is possible to download a Custom asset that was added to a Bundle. A non-Bundle owner can also download a Custom asset created and added by other accounts.
