Flows

In the Flows dashboard, you can search, list, and manage all your Flows in one place. You can create Flows using the Add Flow or Import Flow option, and you can also export a Flow in a json format.

Flows dashboard column header includes the following fields:

Title	Description
Name	The name of the Flow. Maximum of 255 characters.
Status	Shows whether the Flow is enabled or not.
Code	The Flow code.
Created Date	Displays day of the month and time Flow was created.
Created By	Displays who created the Flow.
Modified Date	Displays date and time Flow was modified.
Modified By	Displays who modified the Flow.
Subscriber	Shows the number of subscribers the Flow has.
Actions	Clicking the Actions menu gives you quick access to the following additional settings: Edit - Quick access to the Flow Studio page. Export Flow - Exports the whole Flow configuration to a json file. Export Filezilla Config - Exports the configuration to a format FileZilla can import. Subscribers - Quick access to the organizations subscribed to this Flow. Disable Flow - Quick access to disable the Flow. Delete Flow - Quick access to delete the Flow.
