Zendesk Chat walkthrough
Zendesk Chat API version 2 is currently supported.
Zendesk Chat reports in Data Integration
The reports can be split into two groups.
- Date range reports
- Dimension reports.
Date range reports
The date range reports include Agent Timeline, Chats, Conversions, and Department Events.
Procedure
- Navigate to the Data Integration Account.
- Select the connection that you created.
- Select the report.
- Select theĀ time period:
- Select the start date.
- After each run of the river, the start date is updated automatically with the river execution date. This enables the next run to pull data from the end of the previous run.
- Days back - use this input to pull data from a given number of days back before the given start date.
Dimension reports
These reports do not have any additional definitions to set (on the source part) except report selection.
