It indicates a failure to access a required page during a data request or API call, usually caused by an incorrect URL, an expired or unsupported API token, or changes to the AppsFlyer API endpoints.

Action steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Verify API Token: Ensure that you're using the correct API token version in your connection settings. All the AppsFlyer connections in Data Integration requires API token version 2.0.

  2. Update connection settings:      - Go to your AppsFlyer account, navigate to the "Security Center," and obtain the latest API token v2.0.      - Update your Data Integration connection with this token by selecting "Connection" from the Data Integration Console, searching for "AppsFlyer," entering the new token, and saving it.

  3. Check API endpoint: Verify that the API endpoints configured in Data Integration for AppsFlyer is correct and corresponds with the current AppsFlyer documentation or support guidelines.

  4. Rerun the river: After updating the connection and token, try rerunning your river to see if the issue persists.
