Issue summary

The error code RVR-APPSFLYER-105 with the description "Response: please check your credentials." indicates a problem with authentication credentials when trying to connect Data Integration to the AppsFlyer data source. Action steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Verify credentials:
    • Confirm the configuration uses an up-to-date AppsFlyer API token. The platform only supports the V2 API tokens from AppsFlyer.
    • Check if the API token was reset recently. If so, update the token in the Data Integration connection settings to prevent data flow interruptions.
  2. Update API token:
    • Obtain a valid V2.0 API token from the AppsFlyer platform.
    • Enter the new API token into the Data Integration console under the AppsFlyer connection settings and save the changes.
  3. Test the connection: -The Test Connection option is unavailable for this connector. Run the river to verify that the new credentials resolve the authentication error.
