RVR-APPSFLYER-103
Issue summary
The error code RVR-APPSFLYER-103 with the description "credentials problem" indicates an authentication issue in the connection setup to AppsFlyer via Data Integration. This error occurs when the configuration contains an incorrect or outdated API token.
Action steps
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Verify the API token version: Confirm that you are using an AppsFlyer API token version 2.0, as Data Integration does not support previous versions.
- Validate token input: Confirm the API token is correctly copied and pasted into the Data Integration connection setup for AppsFlyer.
- Check token status: Check if the API token used is valid and not expired or reset. If you have reset the token, use the new token generated.
- Recreate the connection: If these steps do not resolve the issue, delete the existing connection in Data Integration and creating a new one with the correct API token.
- Navigate to your AppsFlyer account.
- Access the "Security Center" and manage your API tokens.
- Copy the API token V2.0.
- Go to the Data Integration Console, create a new AppsFlyer connection, and enter your copied API token.
- Save the configuration.
