  3. Adjust API Request Limits: If you reach the rate limits, adjust the frequency of requests or stagger them to avoid rate limiting.
  4. Rerun the river: After checking and addressing potential issues, rerun the river. If the error persists, it may resolve on its own once the service becomes available again.
