2. Review request limits: AppsFlyer limits report sizes up to 200,000 rows and limits on the volume of requests per account and application. Split data retrieval into smaller chunks to avoid exceeding these limits.
3. Check network and connectivity: Verify network connectivity between Data Integration and AppsFlyer's API, and ensure firewall or security settings do not block the connection
4. Review logs: Check the logs in Data Integration for detailed error messages indicating the cause of the request issue.
5. Test connection: Trigger a request or use the Test Connection feature in Data Integration to ensure the configurations are correct.
